This pack is for those who can't afford Last.fm subscription
($3/mo) but would like to listen to radio outside of US/UK/
/Germany. It includes a special program (which was designed to
unlock the Internets in China), that is proxying your connection
directly to their servers in US.

Usage:

1. Launch LastfmProxySetup.exe.
2. Press [Next] button, then select the folder where your
   Last.fm Scrobbler is located.
   e.g. C:/Program Files/Last.fm/
3. Press Install.
4. O'kay, now click [Start a proxy and open Last.fm]
5. In Scrobbler, o Tools > Connection > Proxy setting > Manual
6. Set these settings:
        Host: 127.0.0.1
        Port: 127.0.0.1
   User/pass: (leave blank)
7. Try listening to the radio. OMG IT WORKZ!!!!
